Excellent staff, very helpful. Apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood and the building itself.
Bed was noisy, limited space for clothes.

Good price in the area but could improve much more with little details
Martina who waited us at the reception area was friendly and nice. It is very modern, spacious and clean room. It was quite spacious for two of us staying for 3 nights in Rome. AC worked perfectly, enough day light and ventilation in the room because of a good sized window. Bathroom was dark but it wasn't a big issue to us. Location was only 2 mins walk from the closest station which was very useful to travel around in Rome. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We will definably come back to this place when we are in Rome again.
Like other people say, it is difficult to find the hotel. You ring the bell in the building then go up to the 3rd floor. There is no space that you can relax or wait like a lobby in this place. You can leave your luggage before check in or after check out but in a tiny communal bathroom with no lights nor lock so it didn't feel safe. Could be better with some useful things when you travel such as a standing mirror, proper smart TV (the TV is smart TV but it doesn't work), things to hang towel in the room. There is literally no air in the lobby section so it was very hot.
